Woman with a plate of locally grown food prepared on Ver Terra Plate in Northeast Florida

Edible Northeast Florida is a print publication, published six (6) times a year, and distributed free to the public. From discussions on culinary trends to innovations in food production, tested food and drink recipes to gardening tips, our mission is to provide content that engages readers in supporting and sustaining our local farms, restaurants, purveyors and artisans. While many of our readers have been enthusiastic champions of good food for years, we aim to engage even more people in the process of cultivating and celebrating a sustainable regional food system. In short, we love food. We love cooking it. We love growing it. And, of course, we love eating it too.

Email Michelle

For Michelle, Northeast Florida has always been home. After many years in hospitality and fine dining, her career led her to work in up and coming food cities in the South such as Charlotte and most recently, Birmingham. Although she has spent the last decade in professional beauty, her love for the culinary world has continued to grow during that time. In the last few years, she and her husband have produced collaborative pop-up food events in multiple cities, including Jacksonville. Her passion for the food community has led her to Edible Northeast Florida where she aspires to support, elevate and grow the story of local food.
