Organizers suggest registering early as the Lost Skills Workshop Series fills fast.

Ancient methods of grain preparation like soaking, sprouting, sour-leavening and fermentation have fallen away since modern industrial food processing stepped in to feed the masses. A return to grain preparation of the past could serve as an even more practical long term solution than the gluten free movement. Join Kristin in learning the ingenious methods of grain preparation our ancestors devised in order to make grains nutrients available to the human body. You’ll also learn a brief science behind grains and discover the different ancient grains.
